We’re literally underground — in the basement of Chrysler Hall.

Scope Garage Parking — Drive into the Scope Parking Garage, stay to the right and drive down the ramp to the bottom level (U), and follow the Generic Theater signs around the perimeter (past the exit ramp) until you reach the underground theater entrance inside the garage.

Chrysler Corner Stairwells — Starting from the fountain plaza on the west side of the building, approach the Chrysler Hall Box Office and  enter via one of the red corner doors flanking the ticketing windows (see arrows in picture), walk down the stairs to the bottom level, and follow the Generic Theater signs through the garage to the underground theater entrance.

Paula Vogel’s INDECENT recounts the controversy surrounding the play God of Vengeance by Sholem Asch, which was produced on Broadway in 1923, and for which the producer and cast were arrested and convicted on the grounds of obscenity. INDECENT was first produced in 2015, with an Off-Broadway run in 2016, followed by a Broadway run in 2017. The play was nominated for three Tony Awards and won Best Direction of a Play and Best Lighting Design in a Play.
